Following a comprehensive review of the marketplace over the last 18 months, BIB Underwriters have invested heavily on improving our IT systems, the quality of our documentation and more importantly to you, improving the features and benefits provided under our Farm and Estate Combined Policy. Following feedback from our customers we have:
- Incorporated as many clauses as we can within the main wording so that the suite of documentation given to your customer is less unwieldy.
- Reduced the total number of sections of cover despite the fact that we have added new sections of cover for Computers, Terrorism and Contractors All Risks.
- Redesigned our schedules so that you and your customers can quickly ascertain the covers in force.
- Redesigned the endorsements so that only the affected sections and front sheets of the schedules are printed, thereby saving you and your customers time and money by not having to read irrelevant sections and filing bulky documents.
The above is applicable to all Quotations from 15 July 2010 and all Renewal business with effect from 1 September 2010.
BiB Underwriters Ltd have recently negotiated even further improvements to the Farm combined and Motor Policies. The launch date for these changes is the 4th of January 2011 for Quotations and the 1st of February 2011 for Renewals.
To make it as easy as possible for you to track the changes we have made, there are a suite of documents that are pertinent to the new policy wording including a comparison document and a revised quotation request form that can be accessed by clicking the appropriate link below.
