Exclusions and excesses |
This policy is designed to cover you for unfortunate events which are unforeseen and occur whilst you use your best endeavours to prevent loss or damage. It is our policy therefore, not to apply onerous terms and conditions – exclusions will apply however when losses relate to events such as general wear and tear, gradually operating causes, building works etc. Special exclusions apply to family legal protection. These and all other exclusions are set out in the Advantage policy document.
Standard excess for each and every loss £50.
Excess relating to claims for subsidence, landslip and heave £1,000
Different excesses apply to claims under the family legal protection section. These are set out in the Advantage policy document. |
